I took the kids to Weber State's Fireworks with my family. It was pretty fun. Avery isn't much into loud noises so she kept her head hidden the WHOLE time! It was a riot!
Here are some photos of my Studly Baseball Boy in some great action photos. What a stud he is! I love that kid! Avery Loves the baseball park and watching her Bubba play baseball. She has many little friends at the park and is very good spending 6-8 hours a day at the park when we're there! I couldn't ask for a better little girl! It's so fun to watch her cheer for her Bubba!
We took the Front Runner down to Salt Lake then took the Trax over to the Gateway with the kids, my Mom and my Nephew and Niece: Parker & Emily. We had some lunch and let the kids play in the fountains. Avery Loved the water! She is a little fish and isn't scared of hardly anything. Preston and Parker mostly walked around... they didn't think playing in the water was very cool! ha! ha! Preston got some new glasses... doesn't he look like a stud? Who would have guessed glasses from the 70's would be back in style? ha! ha! Avery loved riding on the choo choo train (Front Runner) and keeps asking to go on it now all the time! She thought that was pretty cool!
We went to the Hogle Zoo and Avery thought it was the coolest thing EVER! She loves animals and was begging to go for days! I should have never told her we were thinking of going! She didn't want to leave! Every single thing we saw she went nuts over. She wanted to ride everything and give them a kiss. She thought the Merry Go Round was a blast and wanted to stay on the train even though it only lasted about 2 seconds. It was a full day event and she was deliriously tired, but she still didn't want to leave. It was a very good family bonding moment... even though Preston said it was a lot more fun when he was younger. He was a good sport though, even though he was sick of the camera after about 5 minutes! It was a great day and I can't wait until next time!

Avery has been very sick. She's been getting her 2 year molars, and we thought all of this was just because of that... then she got a earache, which we just thought was one more thing. Then she got a fever of 104 that wouldn't break. So we again, took her back to the doctor and they thought she had silent phenomena.. her blood count was only 2 points away from the scary high.. so I was freaking out! She tested negative for Swine Flu thank goodness, but it comes down to she has what's called Hyper angina. She has open sores all down her throat. She won't hardly drink, let a lone eat. She's getting a little dehydrated and they want to watch her so they don't have to hospitalize her to get her back hydrated. We are bribing her and also doing the syringe thing... so hopefully she gets better soon! It's so sad to see her this sick. The crazy thing about it is, these are not all related!
